There is no specific dress code for camp, but please keep in mind the nature of the camps your child is registered for. We discourage wearing sandals or flip-flops unless instructed to do so. Please dress your child in weather-appropriate clothing, especially for those that will be spending a great deal of time outdoors. Further communication regarding what to bring and expectations for camp will be communicated to each household from camp instructors.
To be considered for a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details regarding your cancelation. Please include your child’s full name and the week of camp you would like to cancel. Please note all deposits are non-fundable. The full camp registration fee (minus the deposit) will be returned with 4 weeks' notice, 50% within 3-2 weeks. Anything following the 2-week mark will not be subject to a refund.
Campers scheduled from 9:00am-4:00pm must provide their own lunch, Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, we provide a cookout for our campers enrolled in both morning & afternoon and full-day sessions of camp.
All students must provide their own snacks and drinks Monday-Friday.
Park Tudor School is a nut-controlled environment. All lunches and snacks must be nut-free. Items with nut ingredients will be thrown out. Sun-butter is an acceptable substitute to peanut butter, and we ask that parents label those sandwiches, so instructors know not to remove it.
Park Tudor Summer Experience does provide a supervised Lunch Hour from 12:00pm-1:00pm for campers attending both a morning and afternoon session. After they have eaten, we encourage campers to play freely outdoors—weather permitting. All outdoor activity will be on campus and supervised by camp staff.
Campers attending full day camp will have a supervised Lunch Hour within their own space and group.
