Registration for the Summer Experience will open in March of 2026.

Be sure to register your child for summer camps and courses based on the grade they will be entering in the fall of 2026. Example: If your child is currently in second grade, you would register them as a third-grade camper.

• Week 1: June 1–June 5
• Week 2: June 8–June 12
• Week 3: June 15–June 18 (Closed June 19 for Juneteenth)
• Week 4: June 22–June 26
• No Camps: June 29–July 3 (Closed for the Fourth of July holiday)
• Week 5: July 6–July 10
• Week 6: July 13–July 17
• Week 7: July 20–July 24

No, our camps are open to all students, whether you currently attend Park Tudor or another school. For information on scheduling a tour, please visit our admissions page.

All camps and courses are held on Park Tudor’s campus at 7200 N. College Avenue, Indianapolis, IN. Some camps may include field trips; details will be provided in the camp description.

Building doors are open at specific times to ensure student safety. Families are encouraged to arrive on time.

• Morning/All-Day Drop-off: 8:20 AM–9:00 AM
• Morning Pick-up: 11:45 AM–12:15 PM
• Afternoon Drop-off: 12:30 PM–1:00 PM
• Afternoon/All-Day Pick-up: 3:45 PM–4:15 PM

Yes, Before Care is available weekly from 7:30 AM–9:00 AM for students in JK1–Grade 8. You can register for Before Care during camp registration.

Camps are scheduled by the week, and students can attend 1–7 weeks based on their availability.

• Half-Day Camps: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, typically $185 (some vendor-instructed programs pricing may vary).
• Full-Day Camps: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, generally $370. Full-day single-subject camps are priced at $350 (some vendor-instructed programs pricing may vary).

1. In Full: Pay the total cost upfront.
2. In Installments: Pay in three parts, with due dates outlined during registration.

• Registration deposits are non-refundable. Most camps require a $55 deposit; Upper School courses for credit require a $100 deposit.
• Refunds (minus the deposit) are available with 4 weeks’ notice. A 50% refund is available with 3–2 weeks’ notice.
• No refunds are issued for cancellations within 2 weeks of the camp start date.
• Weekly camp fees are not prorated.
   

Combine two half-day camps to create a full-day schedule. For example:

• Morning: Little Chefs Cooking Camp (9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
• Afternoon: Sports of All Sorts (1:00 PM–4:00 PM)

Campers registered for both a morning and afternoon camp, or a full-day session, will have a supervised lunch break from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM. 

Yes, we offer both full-day and half-day options for students ages 3 through Grade 8. All students must be fully potty trained to attend.

Yes, students attending camp from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM need to bring a ***NUT-FREE*** lunch and snack daily.
 

In the past, we have offered a wide range of activities and programs, including athletics such as tennis, basketball, baseball, and more. We’ve also had musical theater, art classes, and themed programs like Dungeons & Dragons, Taylor Swift, Pirates and Mermaids, Princess Party, Jurassic Safari, Fiesta, Let’s Go Camping, Baking Camps, and many others.

Wellness & Communication
This course fulfills both Health and Speech graduation requirements.

• June Schedule: June 8–June 26 (Closed June 19 for Juneteenth)
  • During the week of June 15–18, morning classes will begin 30 minutes earlier, and afternoon classes will end 30 minutes later.

Daily attendance is required to receive credit.

Yes, College Essay Writing is offered and open to non-Park Tudor students. This course is not for credit.
