Afterschool Explorations Spring 2023

Scheduling
Afterschool Exploration classes are scheduled by semester. Spring 2022 Explorations will run Monday, April 10–Friday, May 19.

Cancellation Policy
By completing the Afterschool Exploration form, your family is held financially responsible for the full payment of the exploration class(es). Your child’s school account will be billed for all charges pertaining to the activities. We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund in the case that your child is absent from school. We encourage all families to please plan accordingly.

Modifying/Changing an Existing Reservation Prior to the Cut-Off Window
All applications for Afterschool Exploration classes must be submitted by the deadline in order to participate. Cancellations and adjustments will not be accommodated following the close of registration.

Waiting list
Afterschool Explorations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class has reached full enrollment, we encourage you to please comment below to be added to a waitlist, located on the bottom of this registration page. If there is availability in an Exploration, you will receive further communication that your child has been enrolled.

Families Currently in Aftercare
Families who are registered for Aftercare will continue at a monthly rate of $200. Afterschool Explorations are NOT included in that fee. All Afterschool Exploration classes will be billed at an additional rate.

Attendance / Pick-up & Drop-off

All Afterschool Explorations (grades JK1-6) will pick up at the Hilbert Center. Please remain in your car, pulling into the Hilbert Circle. Please provide your child’s name plate in the window or be ready to share their name, grade, and activity. **Park Tudor Musketeers (Fencing) and Yoga & Play will pick up in front of the Wellness Center, NOT the Hilbert Center. **

If you are unable to arrive on time or if someone other than a parent is picking up your child, please call 317-518-0881. Late fees will apply to those who do not arrive on time or require additional care (non-After Care families).
