Scheduling
Afterschool Exploration classes are scheduled by semester. Spring 2025 Session IV Explorations will run April 14-May 16, 2025. 

Cancellation Policy
By completing the Afterschool Exploration form, your family is held financially responsible for the full payment of the exploration class(es). Your child’s school account will be billed for all charges pertaining to the activities. We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund in the case that your child is absent from school. We encourage all families to please plan accordingly.

Modifying an Existing Reservation
All applications for Afterschool Exploration classes must be submitted by the deadline in order to participate. Cancellations and adjustments will not be accommodated following the close of registration.

Waiting list
Afterschool Explorations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class has reached full enrollment, we encourage you to please comment below to be added to a waitlist, located on the bottom of the registration page. If there is availability in an Exploration, you will receive further communication that your child has been enrolled.

Pick up for After School Explorations is located at the Hilbert Center. 
In the case of an emergency or if you are running late, please contact 317-518-0881. This number can receive both calls and texts. If someone other than yourself is picking up your student, please text or call the number above to make note.

Families Currently in Aftercare
Families who are registered for Aftercare will continue at a monthly rate of $200. Afterschool Explorations are NOT included in that fee. All Afterschool Exploration classes will be billed at an additional rate to your student’s account. 

Policy for Scheduled Days Off
If your club has a scheduled day off, your student may attend aftercare for free until 4:30 p.m. that day. 

Sibling Rate
Students with a sibling already enrolled in After School Explorations may stay in aftercare (complementary) until their sibling's club concludes. However, students who are not picked up on time will incur an additional fee for extended care services. Parents or guardians of students participating in After Care and/or Explorations are requested to pick up their children at the Hilbert Center Entrance. When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle, and provide your student's name and club affiliation.

JK-SK Schedule
Explorations for JK1-SK students begin at varying times, either at 2:50 PM or 3:30 PM. If your child's class begins at 3:30 PM, your student is welcome to stay in aftercare at no additional cost until their class begins.
