Daily Aftercare

• JK1-5^th

• Monday-Friday
• JK1-SK: 2:45–5:30 p.m.
• Grades 1-5: 3:15-5:30 p.m.

• All Aftercare students receive a nut-free snack provided by our food service team.

• All HC/LS Aftercare students MUST be picked up in the Hilbert Center Circle by 5:30 p.m.
• If you have children in multiple divisions, you will need to pick them up in both locations. (Middle School students will not walk down to the Lower School to be picked up and vice versa.)

• $35 Registration Fee 
• $200/month per child
• $15 drop-in rate
  • Students may use up to five drop-ins per year. After the fifth drop-in, the student account will be charged the $200 monthly rate. If you need to use a drop-in, please fill out the form below.

• Late Fee: There will be a late fee of $10 per minute after 5:30 p.m. After three late pick-ups, students will no longer be able to continue in the program. 

• If your HC/LS student has a Middle School sibling participating in sports until 4:00 p.m., you will need to pick up your HC/LS child from the Hilbert Center entrance at 4:00 p.m. There will be a charge for any child that stays later than 4:15 p.m. ($15/day).

• In the case of an emergency or if you are running late, please contact 219-629-1501. This number can receive both calls and texts. If someone other than yourself is picking up your student, please text or call the number above to make note.
• All questions/concerns regarding HC/LS Aftercare, exploration classes, billing and conduct should be directed via email to Rachel Dabertin at rdabertin@parktudor.org or Lindsey Lawrence at llawrence@parktudor.org.

• All MS Aftercare students MUST be picked up in the Middle School Parking Lot in front of the Middle School main doors by 5:30 p.m.
• If you have children in multiple divisions, you will need to pick them up in both locations. (Middle School students will not walk down to the Lower School to be picked up.) 

• $35 Registration Fee 
• $15 drop-in rate, max of $200 per month
  • Middle School students may drop-in as needed. The billable rate will never exceed $200 per month.
• Late Fee: There will be a late fee of $10 per minute after 5:30 p.m. After three late pick-ups, students will no longer be able to continue in the program. 

• If your Middle School student needs to utilize Aftercare after their sports practice, they will be charged the $15 drop-in rate from 4:15–5:30 p.m.
