Park Tudor School PTPA Fall Family Festival

The PTPA hosts the annual Fall Family Festival each autumn on a Friday after school. This all-school event allows students from Junior Kindergarten through high school a chance to play carnival games, compete in laser tag, climb inflatable rock walls, and more. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the Hungry Panther and from local food trucks. There is a small fee to attend that provides students all-access to this event.

This event is closed to the general public.

FFF 2018 FAQs

How do I purchase wristbands?

ONLINE! Advance purchase wristbands are for sale online starting on Friday, September 28th until Tuesday, October 9th at 12 midnight. Purchases can be made online by credit card or PayPal.

Wristbands will also be sold the day of FFF on Friday, October 12th before school from 7:15 am to 8:15 am in the LS and MS lobbies and from 2:30 to 5:30 at the FFF. We accept cash, check and credit card the day of FFF.  

How much are the wristbands and what does the price include?

Save $5 for advance purchase online! Advance purchase price is $20 and day of FFF is $25. The wristband allows all access to all FFF games and inflatables.

Are food and drinks included in the wristband?

No, food and drink is not included in the price of the wristband. You will need to bring cash or credit card for food and drink purchases.

How do I receive my wristband if I pre-order online?

Wristbands will be delivered to your child’s classroom, homeroom and/or advisory on the day of the FFF Friday, October 12, 2018.

Who needs a wristband?

Any child and/or student age 3 years or older that will be participating will need a wristband. Children 2 years and younger are free!

What if I lose a wristband?

If you lose a wristband please go to the FFF wristband sales table on Friday October 12 from 2:30-5:30 pm to get a replacement.

How do I volunteer?

Please sign up for your volunteer shift at the Sign Up Genius link. Activities are sponsored by your child's grade level, and there are a few general volunteer opportunities. US student clubs also sign up at the link.

What if it rains?

The FFF happens rain or shine. There are indoor activities in the event of rain. Cancellations are unlikely and only due to severe weather circumstances.  

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, there are no refunds.

Is this event open to the public?

No, this event is for Park Tudor students, families, faculty and staff.
