Welcome New and Returning Employees for 2026-2027

Lower School

  • Makenzie Cerny is joining Park Tudor as an Instructional Assistant. Makenzie comes to Park Tudor from Greenbriar Elementary School, where she taught English as a New Language for Kindergarten-2nd Grade. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University.
  • Lori Colcord is Park Tudor’s new Lower School Counselor. Lori previously served as School Counselor for Therapy Haus Behavioral Health at Enlace Academy. Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
  • Lara Daniel is returning to Park Tudor to become the Lower School Administrative Assistant. A PT alum, Lara previously served as Assistant Director of the Lower School.
  • Chloe English will be teaching Senior Kindergarten. A PT alum, Chloe has served as a nanny and reading and math tutor for elementary students. She recently completed her student teaching in 1st Grade at Amelia Earhart Elementary School in Lafayette. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University.
  • Allison Flook is joining Park Tudor as an Instructional Assistant. She recently earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University, and has served as a Teachers Assistant and Social and Emotional Skill Building Mentor at Great Achievers Muncie Public Library.
  • Lili Helmuth is returning to Park Tudor to teach 1st Grade. Lily previously taught in the Hilbert Center, and is a Park Tudor alum.
  • Emma Kirby will be an Instructional Assistant at Park Tudor. Most recently, Emma was a Preschool Teacher at Trojan Tots Preschool. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue University.
  • Wendy Sibbitt will be our new Lower School Science Teacher. She has served in a variety of teaching roles at Park Tudor, including Instructional Assistant and long-term substitute, where she developed and taught science and social studies lessons for Lower School students. She earned a bachelor's degree in education from Butler University.
  • Katy Gentry McCord is joining Park Tudor as an Instructional Assistant. Most recently, Katy served as a Resource Teacher at Fall Creek Intermediate School in Hamilton Southeastern Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as a master's degree in Special Education from Ball State University.

Middle School

  • Loïc André will teach Middle School French at Park Tudor. A native French speaker, he has taught French at St. Richard’s, Westlane Middle School, IPS-Broad Ripple High School, and the International School of Indiana. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in literature from the Université de Caen.
  • Jacob Kowal will teach Middle School Science. He most recently taught PLTW STEM for Indianapolis Public Schools and previously founded the STEM program at Hamilton Southeastern Schools. He earned a bachelor's degree from Ball State University.

Upper School

  • Katrina Dawson is joining Park Tudor as an Upper School English Teacher. Katrina brings more than 15 years of experience to Park Tudor; most recently, she taught English at Ben Davis High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Master of Arts in English from Indiana University Indianapolis.
  • Emma DePrez will be the Upper School Yearbook Teacher while continuing in her role as Assistant Director of Communications.
  • William Kelleher will teach Upper School Math at Park Tudor. William has taught 6th Grade Math at Enlace Academy (Indianapolis Public Schools) and has also served as Assistant Center Director and Instructor at Mathnasium. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Butler University.

Health and Wellness and Athletics

  • Hector Clavijo will be Park Tudor’s new Girls and Boys Varsity Tennis Coach. He brings extensive coaching experience in Ecuador and Indianapolis, including developing nationally ranked junior players and leading several successful Indiana high school tennis programs. He completed advanced master's-level coursework in Tennis Planning, Training, and Organization through the University of Spain.
  • Jeff Edwards will be our new Middle School Athletic Director and Wellness Building Coordinator.
  • Steve Lebovits is PT’s new Girls Varsity Golf Head Coach. He brings years of coaching experience, including as a high school boys golf coach. Steve is also the father of two Park Tudor alumni, Ali '14 and Danielle '16.
  • Lizzie Muller will be the new Varsity Softball Head Coach. She previously coached junior varsity softball at Cathedral High School and middle school softball at St. Matthew Catholic School. She also serves as a Middle School Science teacher at PT.
  • Mitch Poetter will become Assistant Athletic Director.
  • Michelle VanderPlaats will serve as Interim Health and Wellness Department Chair.
  • Eddy Wagner has been named Boys Varsity Basketball Head Coach.
  • Morgan Soderholm is Park Tudor’s new Girls Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach. She most recently served as Head Coach of the Noblesville High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse team after six years with the program.

Staff

  • Ahrod Lloyd has been named Systems Support Specialist.
  • Kelly Norton is joining the Development Team as Campaign Major Gifts Officer. Kelly brings a wealth of fundraising experience to Park Tudor. She has served as Vice President of Development at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and was a Partner at KN Consulting, a strategic consulting and fundraising firm, where she led a 12-member team across a diverse portfolio including U.S. Senators, Congressional campaigns, nonprofits, SuperPACs, and state and federal candidates. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
  • Heather Teets is taking on the role of Trips Coordinator, while continuing in her position as Director of Fine Arts.
