At its annual meeting in May, The Park Tudor Foundation elected three new members of the Park Tudor Board of Directors: Theodore Schenberg, a veteran entrepreneur in the life-sciences, chemical, aerospace, construction, internet security, and food processing fields; Dr. Anoop Sondhi, an orthodontist and parent of four Park Tudor alumni; and Aman Brar, CEO of Jobvite and a Park Tudor parent. Former Board President, Jeff Kimbell, is leaving the Board after having completed multiple terms.
 
The Board of Directors elected the following officers for 2021-2022: President, Cathy Ferree '82; Vice President, Andrea Hailey; Secretary, Carlie Irsay-Gordon '99; and Treasurer, Justin Christian.
 
The three new Board members assumed their roles effective July 1, 2021. "We are grateful to Jeff for the leadership, guidance and countless hours he has given to Park Tudor School during what have been unprecedented times, particularly for schools. He helped both the Board and the Head of School prioritize the safety and health of students and made sure the school had the resources and opportunity to offer an exceptional education to each student,” said Board President, Cathy Ferree.
