The Artisan Magazine Earns Awards
The Artisan, the Upper School's literary and arts magazine, has earned First Place with Special Merit by the American Scholastic Press Association (ASPA). Literary magazines are scored on a point system evaluating page design, graphics, headlining, cover design, photography, and other elements. Based on the point system, literary magazines are awarded First Place with Special Merit, First, Second, or Third Place.
Congratulations to the 2018 Artisan Staff, especially Senior Editors Julia King '18 and Rena Li '18 and Junior Editors Joie Cao, Olivia Xu, and David Bender, and Faculty Advisor Laura Gellin.
