* Congratulations to Caitlin VanWinkle, Owen Zhang, Evan Li and Alissa Weigand on being selected to the 2023 Indiana All-State Band. Students from across the state auditioned for this prestigious group. The band will rehearse and perform at Purdue University from March 10-12.

* Congratulations to 6th graders Charlotte Holt, Meraal Mirza, and Riley Dusko for winning state for the Middle School Stock Market Game competition for the fall of 2022. They beat 160 other teams from across the state with investment gains of 28% in three months! They also ranked 9th out of 740 teams when high school teams were included. The competition is sponsored by the SIFMA Foundation, and this is now the second time Park Tudor teams have won the competition. All 6th-grade students participated in the competition and all teams are given a virtual $100,000 to invest over a three-month period.

* Panther Robotics Team Cobra Kai (Malcolm Hembre, Cole Burkman, Daniel de Dios Molina, Lauren Lindsey) won the Think Award at the 2023 Zionsville Winter VRC Qualifier. The Think Award is presented to a team that has developed and implemented quality robot programming as part of their strategy to solve the game challenge. 

* Panther Robotics Team Ghost Code (Jathan Pai, Leo Shaw, Ibrahim Mohsin, Sruthi Devarapalli) won the Design Award at the 2023 Zionsville Winter VRC Qualifier. The Design Award is presented to a team that demonstrates an organized and professional approach to the design process, project and time management, and team organization. The team’s Engineering Notebook and judges interview demonstrated the team’s ability to produce a quality robot.
