Introducing Healthy Roster for Upper School Parents
We are pleased to let you know about a new tool developed by Franciscan Health and Park Tudor, called Healthy Roster. Healthy Roster provides a HIPAA compliant and secure new way for our athletic trainer, Sarah Luken, to communicate with you about your child’s injury and/or treatments.
Upper School parents will soon receive an invitation to join Healthy Roster. When you receive it, please open the e-mail and follow the directions to create your account. In addition, please take a few minutes to download the app onto your phone; this will allow you to have quick and easy access to your child’s profile.
When you create an account - which is entirely optional - it will become the portal for sending and receiving medical information on your child’s care. If your child has an injury, the athletic trainer will be able to enter the injury information at the school and then notify you by e-mail the status of the injury and care rendered. If you have any comments or questions about the injury and care, you will be able to send a secure message to the athletic trainer to have your questions answered.
Please read this attachment for more information about Healthy Roster. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah at email@example.com.
