Congratulations to the eight Middle School students who competed at the 2020 MathCounts Chapter Competition on Wednesday, February 19 at the Sycamore School. Our team competitors were Sragvee Atluri, Alexander Boeckmann, Sahas Mallela and Leo Shaw. Our individual competitors were Amy Chen, Shreya Mallela, Ibrahim Mohsin and Owen Warner. There were 151 students from 19 schools competing at this competition.
The highest scoring student from each school is recognized at the chapter competition; Sahas received this honor for Park Tudor. Additionally, our team competitors (Sragvee, Alexander, Sahas and Leo) earned 7th place and have qualified to compete at the 2020 MathCounts State Competition at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Saturday, March 14.
