Jazz Band Recognized at Bloomington Fest
On Saturday, December 8, the Park Tudor Jazz Band participated in the 41st annual Bloomington Jazz Festival. All of the band's soloists received citations of excellence for their work. Soloists included Milan Pasic, Ethan Piper, Mosely Tector, Jaden Seymour and Noura Lamb. Justin Kinchen won an outstanding soloist award for the entire festival. After their performance, the band received a clinic from Dr. Tom Walsh, chair of the jazz department at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
