The Middle School held their annual spelling bee on Friday, January 27. The 2023 Middle School spelling bee champion and runner-up are seventh graders Skylar Badman and Mason Bohm. Skylar spelled words such as forsooth, Azores, Sanskrit, preternaturally, mullioned, fumatorium, and architrave to clinch the school title after 24 rounds. Both will head to the Marion County District bee later this month. Congratulations to Skylar, Mason, and all nine finalists!
