Park Tudor Parents Association Grants for Excellence Awards


 

The PTPA has a long-standing tradition of providing financial support to our school through contributions to the annual fund, scholarship programs, direct donations to specific school programs, and the purchase of instruments, equipment and resources for use by the faculty, staff and students. 
 
In keeping with this tradition, the PTPA is again offering the Grants for Excellence Awards program. Grants may be used to fund a special project, a capital need, or other effort that will impact the campus in a positive way. ​All grant requests must be for items that were requested through your Department Chair and Division Director and were not approved solely due to lack of funding. 
 
Grant applications will be evaluated and voted upon by the PTPA Executive Board in February 2024. The number of grants awarded will vary depending upon the amount of money available for disbursement by the PTPA. All grant money must be used by the end of the school year for which the grant is awarded. 
 
Grant Application Process: 
 
  1. Submit an Application:​ You may submit a grant application via the form on this page. You are welcome to include supplemental information, which may be uploaded via the application portal. Applications will be accepted through January 12, 2024.
     
  2. Approval Process:​ At its January 2024 meeting, the PTPA Executive Board will review all grant applications. Generally, decisions on grant applications will be made by the PTPA Executive Board in the month reviewed; however, requests for additional information may be required before final decisions are made. In addition, the PTPA Executive Board will confirm Department Chair and Division Director approval as part of its review process.
     
  3. Grant Awards:​ Grant awards will be announced and distributed in February 2024.
