Transcript Requests

Please see the information below about transcript requests, transferring student records requests, and education verification for institutions or employers.

Requests should be made in writing to Jennifer Gulino, Registrar, at jgulino@parktudor.org.

📃 Upper School Transcript Requests

📃 Lower/Middle School Academic Records Requests

Parents can access current and previous school year records in their Veracross Parent Portal account.

Under "My Children," toggle between the "Reports" tab to find current report cards, and the "Links" tab to find historical report cards.

To request official documents be sent by the school, contact the Registrar. A signed authorization form is required before official records can be sent to an outside school or organization.
