Dear Park Tudor Community,
Over the past few months, we have sought your feedback, and have asked you all – parents, students faculty, and alums alike – to share your ideas, dreams, and hopes for the future of Park Tudor through a community-wide survey and a series of focus groups. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you for the enthusiastic participation and sincere engagement. What was clear is that you care deeply about Park Tudor and how it serves our students, families, faculty, staff, and alumni. You value our traditions and are excited about our potential to build upon our many strengths and find ways to enrich and inspire our students.
The data we collected will be invaluable and we have begun to identify common themes, which include:
-
Maintaining an environment of academic excellence with a breadth of opportunities in the arts, athletics, and co-curricular activities.
-
Innovating the curriculum to incorporate new experiences, such as community engagement, experiential learning, student-driven research, and interdisciplinary work.
-
Increasing attention to the development of the skills, habits, and mindsets necessary to successfully navigate future challenges.
We are eager to move on to the next phase of our work, where your input will directly shape the way we refine our mission, vision, and values. We look forward to developing strategic priorities that authentically reflect the voices of our stakeholders and guide Park Tudor during its next chapter.
Sincerely,
Jessica Benson Cox '99, Co-Chair; Board Member
