Dining Services

One of the many highlights of a student’s day is a visit to Clowes Commons for lunch.

Students in senior kindergarten through grade 5 enjoy a "family style" lunch with a mix of students from each grade level at each table. Students in the junior kindergarten program are served lunch in their classrooms. Middle and Upper School students have a wide variety of choices in a program styled after those of many colleges.

In addition to the daily hot entree, offerings include a deli bar, salad bar with many organic offerings, made-from-scratch soups, fresh whole fruit, and a "trends" bar with rotating favorites such as pastas, pizza, specialty salads and stir fry.

The food services staff continually strives to enhance its nutritional offerings, including more whole grains throughout the menu and lower-sodium recipes.

All menus are certified by Quest Food Management Services dietitians to ensure they meet nutritional guidelines.
