New Health 101 Program for Upper School Students

Beginning this month, students, parents, & faculty are receiving a monthly email newsletter called "Health 101." First designed to help promote wellness among college students, "Health 101" is now available for high school students with content tailored specifically for them.

The parent & faculty newsletter version is designed to encourage discussion about important social and health issues with your Upper School student. September articles include:

  • Ask the counselor: How can you help a friend through a breakup?
  • Ask the doc: Do I really need to get a flu shot?
  • Mastering A Plan with Kanban: Your next organizational tool
  • How To Have An Actively Awesome Semester: Turn your fitness dreams into reality
