Ms. Allen oversees maintenance and transportation requests, as well as marketing and coordinating our facility rentals. Kim holds a B.A. degree from Purdue University and master’s degree in computers in education from the University of Oregon. She taught math and technology for the Houston Independent School District from 1982-1987. She began working at Park Tudor in 1988 as the Middle School technology coordinator. In 1998 she moved to the Upper School, where she served as technology coordinator and department chair from 1998-2006.

Mr. Amstutz holds a B.A. in chemistry and history from Miami University (Ohio), a master’s degree in education from Indiana University, and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the Yale School of Management. He previously was associate director of admissions at The Culver Academies. Before serving at Culver from 1999-2001, he was manager of customer support development and assistant to the chairman and CEO at Cummins Engine Company. He also was an associate instructor in science at Culver from 1985 to 1991. In addition, he has served as a senior examiner for the Baldrige National Quality Program for the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Mrs. Ayres holds a B.A. degree from Purdue University. Before joining Park Tudor in 1994, she was a long-time faculty member at Orchard School. Mrs. Ayres has a strong commitment to professional growth, having attended and presented at many conferences and seminars. She previously served on the Professional Services Committee of the Independent Schools Association of the Central States and currently chairs the school's Professional Development Committee.

Mr. Ayres has served as Academic Dean since 2003 and was Middle School director from 1997-2003. He taught fifth grade at Park Tudor for nine years before moving to the Middle School, serving as Middle School athletic director for three years during that time. Prior to that, he was a teacher for 16 years and Middle School Head from 1980-1987 at Orchard School. He holds a bachelor's degree in English and economics as well as a master's in English and school administration from Butler University. He has served on a number of school accreditation teams in the Midwest for the Independent School Association of the Central States.

Dr. Banya holds a Ph.D. in science education (chemistry) from the University of Southern Mississippi, a master’s in science education physical science from Eastern Illinois University, a B.A. in Jewish studies from the University of Judaism, and a science education diploma from the Kenya Science Teachers’ College. He taught chemistry and physics at Miss Porter’s School in Farmington, CT; chemistry at De La Salle Institute in Chicago; and chemistry and physics at St. Martin de Porres Academy in Chicago. He also taught science at North Chicago Community High School and the Nguvia Boys’ High School in Embu, Kenya. Dr. Banya has served as a soccer coach at many of the schools where he has taught. He is a member of a number of national and international science organizations and author of  “Study of Factors Affecting Attitudes of Young Female Students Toward Chemistry at the High School Level” and his autobiography "Out of the Village: Overcoming Barriers."

Mrs. Beattie graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Evansville. She also holds a M.A. from Indiana University. Additional hours of study have been at Butler University, University of Indianapolis, Herron School of Art and numerous professional development opportunities. She served as Art Department chair at Park Tudor from 1990-2000. Previous teaching assignments include positions at public middle and high schools in the Indianapolis area. Barbara has won several art competition awards and has extensive experience with gifted and talented education and served as a consultant and teacher for Advanced Placement Studio Art for the College Board. She also was an evaluation team member for the North Central Association and the Independent Schools Association of the Central States. Most recently, Barbara and three other upper school faculty members spent a week at a Service Learning Institute in Vermont. The knowledge gained at the institute will be shared with the PT community in hopes to make our campus more sustainable and a leader in local service learning education.

Ms. Behringer is a graduate of Marquette University with a B.A. degree in interdisciplinary and social sciences. She serves as the Indiana Association of Independent Schools (IAIS) representative for Hilbert Center and the Lower School. She previously taught kindergarten at 21st Century Preparatory School in Racine, WI and was a substitute teacher in Milwaukee and Mequon, WI. At Marquette, she was team captain of the Women’s Soccer Team and an All-Conference Honoree. She is also a former member of the Indiana Blaze Women’s Soccer League and a soccer coach.

Mr. Bishop oversees Park Tudor's building and grounds operations. He joined Park Tudor's staff in April 2001 after serving as construction supervisor for Geupel DeMars Hagerman. While at Geupel DeMars, he supervised Park Tudor's construction projects.

Ms. Blankenbaker holds a B.S. degree in elementary education from Indiana University. She previously spent nine years as a second-grade teacher in the Carmel Clay Schools and also has worked as a preschool teacher at North United Methodist Children’s Program. While at Carmel schools, Ms. Blankenbaker served as technology coordinator for her grade level and was a member of the strategic planning committee, which developed the school corporation’s math curriculum, as well as the performance-based accreditation team.

Elizabeth teaches private piano lessons. She holds a B.A. in vocal performance from Towson University and has been a piano instructor and vocal coach for the past 20 years. She is also a singer-songwriter, producer and recording artist, and has given concerts throughout South and Central America, Canada and the United States. She is the lead singer for the Brazilian band Ipanema, based in Indianapolis.

Mrs. Carmody holds a B.S. in teaching of mathematics and a master's of education in special education with a concentration in cultural diversity from the University of Illinois. She is currently a doctoral candidate in educational psychology at Purdue University, focusing on gifted education and math education. She previously was a seventh grade mathematics teacher at Westlane Middle School in Indianapolis and taught seventh grade math and reading at Edison Middle School in Champaign, Illinois. She also has been a summer program teacher and administrator at Morgan Park Academy (her high school alma mater) in Chicago and taught art and children's literature in a summer program at Beverly Art Center in Chicago. Mrs. Carmody is a member of the National Council of Mathematics Teachers and the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) and has published essays and articles for both groups. She is the 2008 recipient of the A. Harry Passow Classroom Teacher Scholarship by the NAGC.

Mrs. Cassidy previously was a senior financial analyst for Lilly Research Labs at Eli Lilly and Company for six years and a manager of financial planning and reporting at Boehringer Mannheim for nine years.

He previously was a senior mathematics instructor at Culver Academies and a mathematics instructor at Fernley High School in Fernley, NV. He is a recipient of Culver's Spivey Award for excellence in teaching. At Culver, he served as counselor of the school's winning academic bowl team and as head varsity football coach, water ski instructor and ski club sponsor. He is a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

Amber holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, and a master's of accountancy degree from Manchester College. Ms. Cleveland teaches Upper School English and is the advisor for The Park Tudor Tribune, the Upper School newspaper. She was a member of the English Department faculty at Butler University from 1994-1999, where served as senior lecturer and led writing workshops and seminars. Before joining the Butler University faculty, she taught English at Scecina High School, Brownsburg High School and Lourdes High School in Chicago. She participated in Indiana Wesleyan University's Transition to Teaching Program and in 2010 earned her license to teach secondary English. Prior to joining Park Tudor, she worked at Marian University, where she was a writer and editor for “The Magnet” magazine.

Tristan coordinates a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that supports all of Park Tudor's athletic and physical education offerings. He also supervises the weight/fitness deck, offers instruction in strength and conditioning, and assists in coaching football. Tristan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He holds a degree in exercise science from Anderson University and was founder and head trainer of a performance and fitness company in Atlanta, Georgia. Last year he served as assistant varsity football coach/strength coach at Heritage Christian School and also was a strength and conditioning intern with the Indianapolis Colts.

Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Indiana University, with a concentration in mathematics. She did her student teaching in the first grade at Forest Glen Elementary School and was an international student teacher at Chandler Primary School in Victoria, Australia. This year she has been serving as a substitute teacher and tutor in the Indianapolis area. She also has worked in the Extended Day program at Monroe County Community School Corporation and was a cheer, dance and tumbling camp counselor at the YMCA.

In addition to his role as assistant athletic director, Kyle also is the boys JV basketball coach. Kyle holds his master’s degree in exercise physiology/sport psychology from Ball State University, and is a cum laude graduate of Ball State majoring in pre-medical preparation/chemistry. At Ball State he was inducted to the All-Mid American Conference Academic Team in both basketball and golf. Kyle has been assistant varsity basketball coach at Winchester Community High School and co-director of the Winchester Basketball Club AAU League. He was previously the JV head basketball coach at Blue River Valley High School.

Mr. Dammeier holds a B.S. from Indiana University in biology education with endorsements in physical science and general science, and a master's in education from Indiana Wesleyan University in curriculum and instruction. While teaching at Lawrence Central High School from 2002 to 2005, he led the freshman mentor program, taught AP and IB biology and genetics, and was honored as an influential teacher by a senior academic excellence recipient. Mr. Dammeier has also taught biology at Crawfordsville High School and Logansport High School. His extracurricular activities have included coaching high school football, softball and baseball, as well as serving as an IHSAA basketball official. He currently teaches biology and coaches JV baseball. He is a member of the National Association of Biology Teachers, National Science Teachers Association, and Hoosier Association of Science Teachers.

In the community, he serves on the citizen steering committee that advises the City of Indianapolis in its efforts to update its Comprehensive Land Use Plan. He also chairs the Sierra Club's Parks Committee in Central Indiana.

Mrs. Dominguez holds a bachelor of arts in elementary education with a kindergarten endorsement from Purdue University, a graduate endorsement in English as a second language from the University of Houston and a master's degree in educational leadership and administration from Jones International University in Colorado. In addition, she has extensive advanced academic training in gifted curriculum, math, language and media. Her teaching career began in Houston and continued in Indianapolis Public Schools for one year. She taught fourth grade for six years at Park Tudor before being named Director of the Hilbert Early Education Center and Director of the Lower School.

Mrs. Dreyer holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University. As an undergraduate, she studied for a year at the University of Madrid. She has continued her study with graduate courses at IUPUI. She previously was a teaching assistant at Crooked Creek School, a Spanish instructor at John Strange School and Immaculate Heart of Mary School, and taught preschool at the Glendale Cooperative Preschool. She has participated in many educational workshops on cooperative learning, whole language and literature, and gifted education.

Dr. Sven Dubie joined Park Tudor in 2009 with a record as a distinguished history professor at both the university and independent school level. In addition to teaching AP U.S. History and Western Civilizations, he also assists with the Speech and Debate program. Dr. Dubie earned his Ph.D. in U.S. History from the University of Delaware, as well as a MALS degree in American Studies from Wesleyan University and bachelor's degrees (magna cum laude) in history and German from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Previously, Dr. Dubie has been a history lecturer and visiting assistant professor at John Carroll University in Ohio, and a middle and upper school history teacher at Jacksonville Episcopal High School and Poughkeepsie Day School. He is the author of numerous essays and articles published in history publications.

Mrs. Dull graduated cum laude from Butler University with B.A. degrees in journalism (high honors) and recording industry studies. She manages the Park Tudor website and the school's social media communications. She is a contributing blogger for edSocialMedia and the CASE Social Media Blog. In addition, she is a member of the board of directors for CASE Indiana, an affiliate of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. While at Butler, she was the first multimedia editor of the school's online newspaper and received the Director's Award from the Eugene S. Pulliam School of Journalism.

Mr. Eckel coordinates the work of the three division counselors, the registrar, and the three college counselors, frequently consulting with the learning services staff and  the academic dean. He holds a B.A. from Colby College and an Ed. M. with a concentration in counseling from Harvard University, where he was elected to Phi Delta Kappa. He completed additional graduate work at Yale Divinity School. He was director of college counseling at the Kinkaid School in Houston for 10 years and previously was head of the upper school and college counseling director at the Ransom Everglades School in Miami. Earlier he worked as a counselor, teacher and guidance director at both the secondary and college levels in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. An active participant in the National and Indiana Associations for College Admission Counseling, he is the former president of the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling. He has also served on the Midwest Council of the College Board and on the Admissions Advisory Boards of the University of Texas at Austin and Miami University of Ohio. He has been a speaker at numerous regional and national college admission conferences.

A graduate of Park Tudor predecessor Tudor Hall and 2003 recipient of the Park Tudor Distinguished Alumni Award, Mrs. Everett holds a B.A. from Carroll College and M.S.W. from Indiana University. Previous to her current school position, she served Park Tudor as director of communications and alumni relations and as associate director of admissions. She also has been cheerleading sponsor, faculty sponsor of the Sociology Club, co-director of the Middle School productions from 1998-2002, faculty Annual Fund liaison, and has served as Park Tudor’s Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS) Evaluation Chair in 1987 and ISACS Evaluation Vice-Chair in 1992. She previously served on the Park Tudor Alumni Association Board of Directors. Before coming to Park Tudor, Mrs. Everett was associate director of admissions for Carroll College (WI) and director of volunteers for homebound seniors at the Indianapolis Senior Citizen's Center. She has served on a textbook review committee for a national textbook company and is the author of a workbook, "Doing Sociology." She has collaborated with POLIS Center in a pilot program which engaged high school students as social researchers and is active in various committees. Mrs. Farlow holds bachelor's and master's degrees in music education from Butler University, where she studied viola with Zanis Dumpis and conducting with Jackson Wiley. A freelance musician and member of Indianapolis Musicians Local No. 3, Mrs. Farlow performs professionally as violist with the Mannheim Quartet and violinist with the Village String Quartet. She has been principal violist of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Indianapolis since 1986. Mrs. Farlow is an active member of the Indiana Music Educators Association, has served as treasurer of the Indiana chapter of the American String Teachers Association, and is the educational liaison on the board of the Ensemble Music Society. She has been a presenter for several IMEA conventions, and she frequently shares her expertise as guest conductor for orchestra festivals in other school systems.

Mrs. Fleck holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University. She has authored several publications, including "Developing Academics Through Movement" and "Elementary Physical Education Curriculum," and has served on several statewide committees setting standards for physical education proficiencies. She was named to the 2011 directory of WHO'S WHO of Worldclass business leaders. She previously taught elementary and middle school in the Wayne Township schools. In 1989, Mrs. Fleck was selected as Elementary PE Teacher of the Year by her professional association, the Indiana Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (IAHPERD). In 1996, Mrs. Fleck served as a consultant for the Nike Corporation in Portland, Oregon, making recommendations for children's activity programs involving "at-risk" neighborhoods across the nation. Mr. Fumusa holds a bachelor's degree in music from Indiana University, where he won a performer's certificate on his senior recital. He has appeared in a variety of productions in local theatres and dinner theatres, as well as in radio and television commercials. He received his bachelor's degree with majors in English, speech, and theatre and a minor in Biblical literature from Cedarville College. He received his master's degree in theatre from Indiana University where he studied theatre theory, criticism and history with Oscar G. Brockett and jazz vocal music with Eileen Farrell. Dr. Guffin joined Park Tudor's faculty in 1994 after retiring as head of North Central High School's International Baccalaureate program. He received his B.S. and M.A.T. from Indiana University and a Ph.D. from Duke University. He is a widely published scholar with awards in teaching from Indiana University and the Indiana Council of Teachers of English. He has taught at the secondary and university level. He has worked with a team of colleagues from other private schools to establish the Spoleto Summer Study Abroad Program for students in the arts, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the program. Dr. Guffin also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tindley Accelerated School, an Indianapolis charter school.

Dr. Hamilton is responsible for student assessment and consultation with parents and faculty about how students can maximize their learning potential. He received his doctorate and master's degrees in clinical psychology from Indiana State University. He holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from Washington and Lee University. In addition to his license in psychology, he is also a licensed addictions counselor. Dr. Hamilton has worked as a staff psychologist for New Perspectives of Indiana Inc., conducting psychological assessments with children, adolescents and adults. His background also includes working with troubled adolescents and their families in the juvenile correctional system, developing assessment and intervention programs that have been used throughout the state of Indiana. His work has been published in psychology journals and newsletters, and he has presented symposia and papers and lectured at national and state psychological conferences and workshops. Dr. Hamilton holds awards in his field from the American Psychological Association and Indiana State University. He is an elected member of Board of Directors of the Indiana Psychological Association, for which he serves as treasurer.

Mr. Hidalgo, a native of Spain, was named 2012 International Educator of the Year in Indiana by the Central Indiana Educational Service Center. In addition to his role as Spanish teacher, he is the director of the PT World Language Summer Immersion Academy. He previously taught IB Spanish and history at the International School of Indiana from 2005 to 2010. He has been an instructor with the Indiana University Honors Program in Spain. He also has taught middle school at the Colegio Público Conde de Vallellano in Spain, was a lecturer in the International Business of Master’s Degree Program at ADE Internacional in Spain, and taught Spanish language of business in Morocco. He holds a B.A. degree in education from the University of Valladolid in Spain, a B.A. in business administration from Institto Zorrilla in Valladolid, and a B.A. and M.A. in history from the University of Valladolid/German University of Bayreuth. He completed his doctoral studies at the French university of Lyon and he is working on his doctoral thesis, "Water in Urban Structure and Military Uses." Pratt Fellowship. He was the recipient of the National Endowment for the Humanities Award, which he used to fund his work as an archaeologist on the ancient Roman site of Caesarea Maritima in Israel. He has been included five times in "Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers," and teaches Classical Mythology at IUPUI. He has co-authored the book "Latin For Dummies." He serves on the AP Latin curriculum review committee which is responsible for designing the new AP Latin syllabus, which will be introduced nationwide in the fall of 2013. Mr. Johnson spent six years in Japan, where he held fellowships at Tenri University in Nara and the Urasenke Institute in Kyoto. He taught U.S. history, world history and English at the University of Oklahoma and at Kansai University of Foreign Studies in Osaka, Japan. He also traveled in South Korea as a guest of the Korea Foundation and Yonsei University Korean Studies Workshop. He has studied art and architectural history throughout Europe. She was previously an assistant professor of Chinese at Butler University and director of Butler’s Summer Chinese Language Program. Before joining the Butler faculty in 2000, she taught Chinese and English as a Second Language courses at IUPUI and was an associate instructor in the Department of East Asian Languages & Cultures at Indiana University. She also has been a teacher trainer at the English Language School International in Taipei. She has done extensive research on teaching Chinese to non-native speakers and her work has been published in a number of language journals. In addition, she has designed many Chinese language and culture workshops and courses. Dr. Lee-Thompson, who has led three student-study trips to China and Taiwan while at Butler, has been honored with several university awards for outstanding teaching.

When Señor Malcom first came to Park Tudor, he taught French, managed yearbook finances and was an advisor to several classes. From 1979-1981 he was an adjunct faculty member of Butler University as a French teacher. Before coming to Park Tudor, he taught French at Phillips Exeter Academy and The Hotchkiss School. For many years, he has presented a workshop on teaching Spanish to dyslexic students at the Dyslexia Institute of Indiana's annual "Survival Saturday." He has presented several workshops at the Indiana Foreign Language Teachers conference and one on Cuba at the Central States world meeting in 2003. He was secretary of the Indiana Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese for six years, vice president for two years, president for two years and its 2004 Spanish Teacher of the Year. He also was chosen Foreign Language Teacher of the Year 2004 by the Indiana Foreign Language Teachers Association. He is a member of the "Sociedad Honoraria de Profesores de Español."

Mrs. Marshall is a crossover teacher for the Lower and Middle Schools, teaching vocal music to students in grades 3-6. As Assistant Music Program Coordinator she is in charge of the private music lesson program. Mrs. Marshall's other duties include serving as the Fine Arts Curriculum Coordinator for the Lower School and serving as musical director for the Middle School Play each spring semester. She coordinates Park Tudor's entries in the Indiana State School Music Association’s (ISSMA) piano and vocal competition for grades 5-12 each year. During her tenure at Park Tudor (which began in January of 1978), Mrs. Marshall has taught music to grades JK through 8, served as accompanist for the Upper School vocal groups and the Upper School musical during her first nine years at Park Tudor, and taught private piano lessons during her first 15 years at the school. She has been a member of the Personnel Practices Committee, served as a liaison with The Children's Museum, served as a Middle School homeroom adviser, and has been a frequent chaperone for Park Tudor's Dearborn, MI (6th grade), Williamsburg, VA (4th grade), and Washington, D.C. She is a member of the advisory council for Indiana Wesleyan University School of Business Management, where she has helped develop the human resources and business curriculum, and is a past board member of Family Service of Central Indiana.

Dr. Matthew Miller began his tenure as Park Tudor School’s sixth head of school on July 1, 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Greek, Latin and Hebrew from Dickinson College, summa cum laude, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Dr. Miller attended Oxford University and earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Greek and Latin literature, history and philosophy. He received a master of arts degree in ancient history and Mediterranean archaeology from the University of California at Berkeley. In 2009, he earned his Ed.D. in educational leadership and management at the University of Pennsylvania, where his dissertation topic focused on civic engagement and the development of social capital.
 
From 2007-2011, Dr. Miller was the assistant head of school for academic affairs at Isidore Newman School, a preK-12 college preparatory school in New Orleans. He previously was at The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey for 12 years, where he served as a teacher, coach, housemaster, class dean, Admissions Committee member and Interdisciplinary Studies department chair.

Mrs. Modglin holds a B.S. degree in elementary education with a reading endorsement from Indiana University School of Education. Mrs. Modglin was swimming coach at Park Tudor from 1996 to 1997. She lived in Okinawa, Japan for six years.

She is past president of the Indiana Network for Early Language Learning and has extensive experience as a translator and tutor.

Ms. Nole holds a bachelor's degree from Bellarmine Ursuline College in Louisville, where she majored in Spanish and minored in English and education. She also holds an endorsement in gifted and talented and educational research from Purdue University. She taught Spanish for 10 years at the Sycamore School (Indianapolis), where she created the Spanish curriculum for preschool through eighth grade. She has traveled extensively and studied Spanish in Spain, Mexico and Ecuador. Ms. Nole is a founding member of the Indiana Network for Early Language Learning and has served as its state vice president and president. She also has served as state president of the Indiana Foreign Language Teachers Association. In 2001 she was selected as IN-NELL's teacher of the year and inducted into the Sociedad Honoraria de Profesores de Espanol. In 2006 she was chosen as the Teacher of the Year for the Indiana Chapter of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese and the K-8 Teacher of the Year for IFLTA. She has worked as a member of the Indiana Department of Education task force to create standards for world language K-8 and K-12.

Mr. Nordby holds a bachelor of science degree in music education from the University of Indianapolis and a master of music performance degree from Ball State University. He has done post-graduate work in bassoon with Leonard Sharrow at Indiana University. He was professor of bassoon at DePauw University for 14 years. He has been a staff member at the International Glickman-Popkin Bassoon Camps since 1983, and is a bassoon repairman specializing in the restoration of older bassoons. He has performed as a freelance musician with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Ft. Wayne Philharmonic Orchestra and the Anderson Symphony since 1976. Before joining Park Tudor, Mr. Nordby was an instrumental music specialist for the Indianapolis Public Schools. He is a member of the Indiana Bandmasters Association and International Double Reed Society.

She holds a master's degree in English from Butler University. Additionally, she has studied at The Ohio State University and University College of Wales at Aberystwyth. Mrs. Odmark pioneered Park Tudor’s Speech and Debate Team in 1992, serving as coach for five years, and has served as advisor of The Artisan, Park Tudor’s Upper School art and literary magazine; she also served as English Department Chair from 2002-2007.

He served as Park Tudor's varsity football coach for 21 years, and also has coached golf and served as an assistant wrestling coach from 1987 to 1991. He also served as dean of students in 1998 and as coordinator of student activities until 1999. He was the sponsor for SADD and the Varsity Club from 1987 to 1999.

She also has worked as a performing artist in New York, where she was a voice-over artist for commercials and performed in Off-Broadway and regional theatre productions. Angi is a summa cum laude graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University with a B.F.A. degree in music theatre. She holds a M.F.A. degree in acting, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.

In addition to his role as Director of Technology, Mr. Phillips also oversees the school's soccer programs and serves as head girls soccer coach. Mr. Phillips holds B.A. degrees in chemistry and mathematics (magna cum laude) from Kenyon College, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and named a two-time First Team Academic All-American in soccer. He holds a master's degree in secondary education from Indiana University. Mr. Phillips taught Middle School science at Park Tudor before moving to the Upper School as a technology specialist. He was the head boys varsity soccer coach and camp director at Noblesville High School. He was named 2002 Indianapolis Star North coach of the year, and received similar honors in the same position at Thomas Worthington High School in Ohio. He was the youth camps co-director and scholastic coordinator for Indiana Blast Professional Soccer and has been a camp trainer and counselor at Indiana University Soccer Camps. He has been a professional soccer player with the Indiana Blast and in Frederikshavn, Denmark.

He recently led Park Tudor's first team of students to the final round of CyberPatriot III, the National High School Cyber Defense Competition where they placed fifth in the Open Division. He previously was a consulting engineer, project manager and technical trainer for a leading regional computer reseller, where he served as senior education engineer with the company's Indiana K-12 team and served as the Apple on-site consulting engineer at Eli Lilly and Company. He has been a presenter for local and regional technology conferences and has done volunteer work for some not-for-profit organizations. He holds a B.S. degree in biology from Indiana State University.

Mr. Regich holds a B.A. degree in Spanish and economics from Indiana University. He studied his junior year at la Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. Upon graduating from IU, he returned to Spain and taught English in Barcelona at the elementary and middle school levels. In the summer of 2008 he completed studies for a master’s degree in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language from la Universidad de Granada (Spain). He has traveled extensively throughout Latin America and Europe and spends the summer months at his home in Barcelona, Spain where he continues his study of Spanish languages and cultures.

Ms. Sanoguet holds a master’s degree in Spanish Language and Culture from Salamanca, Spain. She earned an A.B. degree in business administration from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, as well as a general studies bachelor's degree from IUPUI. She is a member of the Indiana Network for Early Language Learning and the Indiana Foreign Language Teachers Association. She was previously Spanish teacher at Craig Middle School, where she was responsible for developing the middle school Spanish curriculum and was a member of the Cultural Competency Program. From 2003-2005 she was the instructional assistant for fourth and fifth grades at Forest Glen International School and coordinated the school’s Hispanic Festival. She also has been a caregiver and taught basic Spanish to preschoolers at Sunshine Place Day Care.

Dr. Scott received her Ph.D. and master’s degrees in school psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California–Fresno. Dr. Scott received post-doctoral training from the School Neuropsychology Post-Graduate Certification Program based at Texas Women’s University. She is certified by the American Board of School Neuropsychology and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. In her role with the Russel & Mary Williams Learning Project and as the Middle School psychologist, Dr. Scott provides assessment, intervention, and support services to all Park Tudor Middle School students. She works closely with parents and teachers to help students better understand themselves and become lifelong independent learners. Dr. Scott taught graduate and undergraduate psychology courses at Martin University, worked as a school psychologist at Anderson Community Schools, was the assessment supervisor at Psychological Laboratories in Indianapolis, and was a clinician for several years at Austin Neurological Clinic. Dr. Scott has conducted workshops and lectured at a number of national and state psychological and educational conferences. Additionally, she has been a panelist and presided at the Learning & the Brain Conference. Ms. Scotten has more than 21 years of experience in the performing-arts industry. Since 1999, she has been co-owner and director of the G. Scotten Talent Center in Fishers, where she has taught tap, ballet, lyrical and jazz dance and has served as operations manager of the 300-student studio and 60-family GSTC Performing Troupe. Ms. Scotten majored in dance performance at Ball State University and is currently pursuing a degree in general studies with an emphasis in dance and entrepreneurship. She has been a featured dancer and performer at the American Cabaret Theatre and a dance instructor at The Dance Academy in Fishers, where she founded a Junior Dance Company. She performed with the national touring company of “42nd Street,” has been a dancer and performer with Starlight Musicals and the Walt Disney Company, and has been a choreographer for a number of productions.

As soloist, he has appeared with the New World Chamber Orchestra, the Butler University Orchestra, and the Indianapolis Civic Orchestra. Mr. Weymuth holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in education from Northwest Missouri State University and has taken coursework in educational leadership at Johns Hopkins University. He served as instruction education coordinator for the Columbus Education Coalition in Columbus, IN, and taught fifth grade at Landon School in Bethesda, MD and Minnie Cline Elementary School in Savannah, MO. He also was the owner and director of Camp Expeditions, a summer travel camp in Bethesda.

Mr. Whitehead holds a B.A. degree in secondary social studies education from Purdue University and has attended Goshen College and IUPUI. He previously taught seventh grade social studies at Lowell Middle School, where he also was the assistant varsity basketball coach and eighth grade football coach. Mr. Whitehead also served as the varsity assistant football coach at Central Catholic High School in 1999 and varsity assistant baseball coach at William Henry Harrison High School in 2000. He was the recipient of the NCAA National Student Athlete Award at IUPUI in 1998, where he played on the varsity baseball team. At Park Tudor, he is the Middle School Athletic Coordinator and varsity baseball coach.

Dr. Wiles holds a B.S. degree in elementary education from Florida State University, a M.S. degree in human resources management from Troy University, an M.Ed. degree in curriculum and instruction, elementary education, from North Carolina State University, and a Ph.D. in gifted education and engineering education from Purdue University. She is currently a post-doctoral researcher for the Institute for P-12 Engineering Research and Learning (INSPIRE) at Purdue. Prior to returning to graduate school, Dr. Wiles taught third grade in York County, VA. Her research interests include gifted learners, engineering at the K-12 level and instrument development. She has developed a program that allows Lower School students in grades 2-5 to be introduced to the problem-solving and analytical thinking that is critical to the work of engineers.

Mr. Williams holds a B.S. degree in music education from the University of Indianapolis. For 21 years he served as director of music at Northminster Presbyterian Church in addition to his teaching responsibilities at Park Tudor. Mr. Williams has served on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Opera Company, and performed and directed with the former Starlight Musicals for 12 years. He has been a guest conductor for the Muny Opera in St. Louis, the Kansas City Starlight Musicals, The Atlanta Theatre of the Stars, and the grand opening of the Williams Center for the Performing Arts in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Williams has served as an evaluator for a number of member schools of the Independent Schools Association of the Central States. He also has served as a fine arts consultant for The Latin School in Chicago, Kentucky Country Day School and Cincinnati Country Day School.

Mrs. Wright holds a B.S. degree in elementary education, cum laude, with highest honors in elementary education, and an M.S. degree in education, both from Butler University. She is a graduate of Space Camp for Educators. She previously taught grades 4 and 5 at Nora Elementary and Fox Hill Elementary schools in Washington Township and served as grade 5-team leader at Fox Hill Elementary School. Mrs. Wright is an adjunct professor of education Butler University. She also has worked with pre-service teachers at Marian University. Mrs. Wright is the creator of the highly successful Science on Saturday program for 4th and 5th grade students. She has served as a "Mission to Mars" and "Space Camp" instructor at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and as a guest instructor of shark dissection at Butler University. In addition, she was co-chair of the Science Curriculum Revision Committee for Washington Township Schools, served as lead trainer for the Indiana Department of Education for Authentic Science Assessment, and as a presenter at the Hoosier Association of Science Teachers conferences. Mrs. Wright is a member of the Hoosier Association of Science Teachers, Inc and the National Science Teachers Association.

Cara, a 1993 graduate of Park Tudor, holds a B.A. from Indiana University in political science, French and history, and earned a M.A. with a perfect 4.0 GPA in teaching K-8 from National-Louis University in Chicago. She previously served on the Park Tudor Alumni Association Board of Directors. She did her student teaching at The Latin School in Chicago. She was a third-grade teaching assistant at Park Tudor from 1998-2000 and also has coached volleyball and cheerleading. She was a client services manager and marketing manager for F.C. Tucker Company from 1999-2009.

Ms. Young holds a B.A. in Spanish and a M.A.E. degree from Ball State University and a Certificate in Translation Studies from Indiana University. She is a veteran Indianapolis Spanish teacher, having previously taught Spanish at Arsenal Technical High School, as well as in the Perry Township School System at Perry Meridian and Southport Middle Schools and Southport High School. She has studied in Monterrey, Mexico at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores and in Barcelona, Spain at the Instituto Oficial de Idiomas. She has co-sponsored trips for the Park Tudor Spanish AP V students to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, and in 2007, she accompanied a group of Park Tudor students to Quito, Ecuador with the Timmy Foundation. She has worked in Honduras, Costa Rica, Cuba and Colombia as an interpreter on four mission trips. In 2007, she was named the Walter Hines Page Scholar to Argentina by the English Speaking Union of the United States. She has served as a member of the Butler University Spanish adjunct faculty and is presently a College Board reader of the AP Spanish Language Examination.

Ms. Zajac holds a B.S. degree from Ball State University and a M.S. degree from IUPUI. She previously taught at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, where she was Jr. High Science Department Head, Science Fair Sponsor and Curriculum Head for Science (K-8), as well as Great Books discussion leader. Ms. Zajac received the Outstanding Science Teacher award in 1989 and the J.D. Angus - Outstanding Biology Teacher Award in 1990 from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. She has taught anatomy/physiology through the IUPUI extention program. She has completed the Technology Integration Fellows program through Butler University and was the recipient of a Park Tudor Fortnight grant to study water quality in Russia. As an extension of her earth science curriculum, she took students on archaeological digs during the summers to Springerville, AZ.
