Curriculum
The Lower School curriculum builds basic skills that form a foundation for future learning. The focus is on reading, writing, computation and problem solving. Children also attend special classes in music, art, dance, drama, physical education, technology and Spanish.
The liberal arts approach enables students to apply their knowledge across several subjects and disciplines. Problem-solving techniques learned in math class can be used in science, as well as dance and music. This approach enables our young students to have the skills necessary to learn any discipline, and they can apply these skills in their everyday lives outside of school.
