• Complete online application form with $50 application fee.

• Send copy of previous year's final grades and first-semester grades from the current year.
• Take Independent School Entrance Exam at Park Tudor. Advance registration for Admissions Testing is requested. Please call or e-mail the Admissions Office at 317/415-2777. Other schools in Indianapolis offer the test on additional dates. Please call 1-800-989-3721 x312 or visit www.erbtest.org and click on ISEE to register or learn more. Students who have ERB CPIV results from March 2007 or later may submit these instead.
• Student “shadow” day at Park Tudor – Prospective 6th, 7th and 8th grade students "shadow" a current Park Tudor student for a full day between October and February. A brief “parent/guardian” closing comments session will take place at the end of the day when the student is picked up. Please e-mail jtucker@parktudor.org or call Assistant Director of Admissions Joyce Tucker at 317/415-2779 to schedule a visit.

Application Deadline for Grades Preschool-8
To receive consideration in the first round of decisions, files for prospective students in preschool-Grade 8 should be completed before this date. After decisions are made in mid-March (Preschool-Grade 8), qualified candidates will be placed in the Wait Pool for consideration should a space become available later in the year.
