Dr. Guffin joined Park Tudor in 1994 after retiring as head of North Central High School's International Baccalaureate program. He received his B.S. and M.A.T. from Indiana University and a Ph.D. from Duke University. He is a widely published scholar with awards in teaching from I.U. and the Indiana Council of Teachers of English. He has taught at the secondary and university level. He has worked with a team of colleagues from other private schools to establish the Spoleto Summer Study Abroad Program for students in the arts.

Mrs. Rogers holds a bachelor's degree in history, with extensive work in art, English and religion, from Hollins College. In addition, she has undertaken graduate studies at Butler University and studied art history at the Sorbonne in Paris. She is a former director of the Park Tudor Middle School and served as academic dean for the Upper School. She also taught in Park Tudor's Middle School and is a graduate of Tudor Hall.
