Park Tudor Spotlight

Class of 2010: Daniel Hasler - Princeton University

Daniel Hasler '10After 12 remarkable years at Park Tudor School, it is hard to imagine starting a new school-year anywhere else. In the fall, however, I will do just that, as I head to Princeton University to continue my academic and swimming careers. For me, Park Tudor is the place where I grew up. Some of my greatest successes and equally excellent failures all occurred within its walls. It is where I learned to read, where I learned the times tables, and where I learned the consequences of my actions. It is where I learned to play the trumpet, where I learned to charm an audience, and where I learned to write a research paper. Most of all, though, Park Tudor is where I learned to enjoy learning, surrounded by a supportive administration, passionate teachers, and incredible friends. The challenges that will present themselves in the next chapter of my life are no doubt numerous and daunting but I stand ready to accept them, knowing that Park Tudor has prepared me well not just for college, but for life.
