Job Opportunities

Research and Database Coordinator
Park Tudor School is seeking a Research and Database Coordinator. This is a 12-month, full-time position with limited evening and weekend work to staff events. This role will work with the Development team and is suited for an individual with strong research and writing skills as well as high ability with technology and numbers.

Ideal candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced technology skills, including work with database software.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate well with others within the department as well as other areas of the school.

A Master's degree in nonprofit management or philanthropic studies would be helpful but is not required.

Media and Marketing Specialist
Park Tudor School is seeking a Media and Marketing Specialist. This is a 12-month position working 3 days per week, 8 am - 4 pm, with limited evening and weekend work to staff events. This role will work with the Communications team to develop and implement media, advertising/marketing and communications initiatives.

Ideal candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 2 or more years experience in fast-paced, multi-faceted communications, public relations, marketing or journalism position.
  • Ability to generate a high volume of high-quality written materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills with capacity to thrive in fast-paced environment, prioritize work, meet multiple deadlines, and pay attention to detail.

Lower School Teaching Assistants
Park Tudor School is currently seeking Teaching Assistants for the 2010-2011 school year for Junior Kindergarten through Grade 5. This position offers the opportunity to work with our students 80 percent of the school week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: serving as a resource for innovative instructional practices and current research, assisting with classroom instruction, and assisting with campus-wide programs.

Teaching Assistants will also help prepare classroom materials and handle other clerical responsibilities as needed. Ideal candidates will have: a teaching certificate or be actively pursuing one; experience in or fluent in Spanish; have experience with educating preschool or lower school children; exhibit excellent communication skills, sound judgment and innovation; and have experience with current technology.

Substitute Teachers
Candidates should specify grade level of interest and/or subject matter specialty. Pay rate for substitutes is $65 for a full day and $45 for a half day.
